At 17 Chad made his pro debut kickboxing fight and in 2013 was named Male Fighter of the Year at the ISKA Annual Awards. He has been the ISKA World Champion and was ranked 2nd in Glory Kickboxing.

In March 2016 Chad made the switch from kickboxing to become a Professional Boxer. In 2020 he challenged for the British Light Heavyweight against Shakan Pitters. 

Chad is also one of the lead coaches at Suggys Gym and NABC where he relates, inspires and motivates the young people that are lucky enough to be coached by him. He is well known and respected in the local community and serves as a remarkable role model to the young people around him. 

Alongside his Boxing and coaching career he is also a director of Azione1 - a luxury fashion clothing brand designed to stand out. Azione1 is the Italian translation of Action.

Chad is also a family man with his new daughter at the heart of this.
